Chapter Council Members are gearing up for the bi-annual National Leadership Conference where leaders will come together for a three-day intensive educational experience in Detroit, Michigan, August 13-16.
This year, more than 120 of the country’s most dedicated bartenders & industry professionals will participate in training sessions to:
- Discuss how to become better leaders
- Build stronger USBG chapters
- Focus on developing our organization’s communication skills and processes
- Participate in a strategic planning exercise to identify key needs of our chapters and members
- Exercise their bodies prior to seminars during optional morning group fitness activities
NLC participants will also have the opportunity to engage in one of two USBG National Charity Foundation service events supporting the Helen David Relief Fund, an emergency grant program for bartenders and their families affected by breast cancer. Both events are sure to be a unique and inspiring experience, as our leaders will have the opportunity of giving back in a community with so much history… Where Helen David’s legacy began.
