Where did you grow-up, and what was it like there?
I grew up in Hawaii and it was an explosive and unique hangar on what customer service and quality cocktail and dining is all about.
Favorite childhood memory?
Surfing Log Cabins for the very first time, and standing up on my first wave.
Where do you work and what do you do there
I work at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown and I am a craft bartender there.
What is the most rewarding part of your career?
[I love] learning about spirits; seeing what is [possible] truly can be inspiring.
What is your favorite bartending moment?
When I was involved with my first cocktail menu, seeing my cocktails sell and seeing when you put hard work and dedication in, it can and will pay off.
What do you do to relax outside of work?
I like to make cocktails at my house. Learn about new recipes, new concepts, and becoming inspired about the craft.
Tell us about your dream vacation.
Barbados is my dream vacation. A tiki style vacation. Learning about Rum and all aspects of Agricole and Molasses type rums.

DeGroff. He started the movement and he has inspired so many people.

I have never been creative, until I started making cocktails. It has opened up a new world for me.
