As you have probably heard by now, our Annual Member Satisfaction Survey went out to all members a few weeks ago. The responses from the survey are shared with the Staff, Board of Directors and Chapter Council Members to assist us in setting future goals, developing programming that is relevant to what our members want and to show us areas where we can make improvements to create a better member experience for each of you.
We all take the survey very seriously and we hope to hear from all of our members! Share your experience with both the Guild, as a whole, and your Chapter. We want the good, the bad and the ugly. Member names are not shared with the survey responses, so you will remain anonymous. The survey takes about 5-10 minutes to complete, depending on how detailed you want to be in your responses.
