The United States Bartenders' Guild (USBG) has partnered with Custom Benefit Consultants, Inc. (CBC) to support quoting, enrollment and concierge service for health insurance plans. This is our way of eliminating the hassles and frustrations of navigating through what can be a complicated healthcare maze.

CBC is experienced and proficient in all aspects of individual health insurance shopping, purchasing and support. Our team of licensed agents will guide you through the quoting and submission process, and be your advocate for obtaining and accessing a quality health plan all year round.

What you can expect from the CBC team:

Simplification – Our agents will translate the myriad of options and insurance terminology to a recommendation that fits your budget and addresses your needs.

Choice – CBC is appointed with all major carriers. This means we can deliver options that suit your needs, not ours. All plans available to you are full insurance plans. Please note, plan type and carrier availability can vary by location.

Advocacy – Our extensive knowledge of carrier guidelines and requirements will help mitigate the roadblocks of insurance company denials and rate increases.

Access – The CBC customer support team will assist you and your family with your plan questions and issues. Contact us via e-mail, chat or toll-free telephone number.

Support – We proactively monitor market conditions. If rates and plans change during the year, we will help you find a new plan that meets your expectations.

Service – Your dedicated website is set up to be a resource for you 24/7. Your dedicated service team is available to speak to you 5am-5pm PST.

Samples of issues they can assist you with are:

  • Questions regarding your plan
  • Assistance locating a network doctor
  • Carrier links and information
  • Claims advocacy
  • Common terminology
  • Health Recourses
