I'm a gamer at heart. Sit me down with just about any video, board or card game that's competitive or challenging and I'll disappear into it for hours/days.
What do you enjoy most about being in the hospitality industry?
Connecting with so many amazing people on a regular basis, really makes this industry special. Getting to meet interesting guests and fellow hospitality professionals keeps every shift, event or gathering new and exciting.

Hiking is always a joy to see nature and the outdoors. I love to travel to other sites and hike a new trail.
What do you enjoy most about being in the hospitality industry?
Meeting different people. Being in Las Vegas I meet people from all over. Preparing craft cocktails for them is a joy.

What hobby do you enjoy so much that it makes you lose track of time?
Gardening, anything to do with plants, or nature. I have a greenhouse, sunroom, and many gardens during the Spring& Summer.
Harvested and put in multiple categories of use. Frozen, hung, canned, used for art, some we eat, some for cocktails, creating purees, bitters,.. the list goes on.
What do you enjoy most about being in the hospitality industry?
I have a passion for creating craft cocktails. The art. The patience. I'm comfortable and content when I'm behind a bar. I take great pride in my skillset and education in Mixology, Bartending, and the experience from the years spent in the food & beverage / hospitality industry. The amazing humans I've met and the wonderful opportunities along the way have been enjoyed and appreciated greatly.
