The International Bartenders Association (IBA) is a global network connecting professional bartenders across more than 60 countries, fostering excellence, education, and international camaraderie within the hospitality industry.

The <>United States Bartenders’ Guild (USBG) has proudly been a member of the IBA since 1961, serving as the official U.S. delegate to this worldwide community. Through the IBA, bartenders gain access to global competitions, cultural exchange, and opportunities to represent their craft on the world stage.


International Competition Highlights

Team USBG2025 Pan-American Cocktail Championship — Chile

From September 8-13, Team USBG was represented in the Pan-Am Classic and Flair Championships, Classic and Flair Friendship Cups, the Pisco Chile Cup, and the Zero Proof Tourism Cup. Liz Rodriguez placed Third in the Pan-American Classic Cup. Rob Husted was awarded the Best Flair Cocktail Award, Competition Showmanship Award, and Best FAIR PLAY Sportsmanship Award. Adrienne Stebbins had the Top-Scoring Chile Mystery Box Challenge Cocktail, earning points which helped Team USBG earn Best Delegation!

2025 Lotus Prestige Cup — Macau

Felipe Castro was named the 2025 Lotus Prestige Classic Cup Champion in December 2025, earning top honors among elite bartenders from around the world.

2025 Golden Cup — Taiwan

Philip Trinh placed Third in the 2025 Golden Classic Cup in December 2025.
